We can use your help!<\/p>\n

What would you do if or how would you feel if you and your family were displaced due to a fire or any other disaster where all of you belongings were lost and you had to start over; or if you just didn\u2019t have the means to be able to buy these items?<\/p>\n

This is what the Ladies of Charity see every day!<\/p>\n

Through our \u201cFresh Start\u201d program we are able to help these people out by providing them with gently used house hold items, such as bedding, curtains, pot & pans, utensils, towels, dishes etc\u2026.so they can get on with their lives. These are people who have found a place to live and have no curtains for their windows; or towels to dry with. We see many people who simply cannot afford to purchase these items.<\/p>\n

We are asking organizations such as schools, scouts, and other groups to help us collect these items. Many students need to do community service to graduate from school; other groups teach civic responsibility to their members. To help those less fortunate.<\/p>\n

Small children could collect bars of soaps or dish soap for our program. Older children can host a household drive to collect all the listed items.<\/p>\n

If you would like Ladies of Charity to give a presentation to explain our programs to your group, please call us to make arrangements.<\/p>\n
