It is a great opportunity to celebrate Polish heritage and celebrate the great history of\u00a0the neighborhood. I know it is easy to write off old Polonia\u00a0and say things like it isn\u2019t what it used to be. But the places left are ties to the rich heritage our Polish ancestors brought to Buffalo. It is important that they are supported and cherished.<\/p>\n<p>I love these photos of Saint Stan\u2019s parishioners preparing pierogi in anticipation of Dyngus Day.
