Assemblyman Sam Hoyt (D-Buffalo, Grand Island) will provide tickets to Shea\u2019s Performing Arts Center\u2019s 17th Annual Free Family Film Series for the general public. The second showing scheduled this season is Dr. Seuss\u2019 How the Grinch Stole Christmas (with Jim Carrey), rated PG. This film is based on the book by the famous Dr. Seuss about a mean creature that tries to steal Christmas from the Whos in the magical land of Whoville. How the Grinch Stole Christmas will be showing on Sunday December 9 at 2:00pm.<\/p>\n
Doors open at 1:00 pm. Tickets are free for the whole family and will be made available for Block Clubs, Community Organizations, and community members, two weeks before the showing at Assemblyman Sam Hoyt\u2019s Office. Tickets are also available approximately a week prior to the showing at Wegman\u2019s Customer Service Desk (Erie\/Niagara counties), and at Shea\u2019s Box Office (open M-F, 10 am-5 pm and Sat. 10 am-2 pm).<\/p>\n
