Back in November, I asked Buffalo Rising<\/font><\/a> to post an article I had written regarding the potential redevelopment of 950 Broadway, called <\/font>\u201dDear Pottery Barn\u201d<\/font><\/a>. That article generated a lot of comments about the east side, which eventually lead to the formation of <\/font>Broadway Fillmore Alive!<\/font><\/a>.<\/font><\/font>\u00a0<\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span>Since that time, we have been in contact with the owners, who have graciously accepted our offers to help them find a tenant for this beautiful building. Much to our pleasant surprise, it turns out that the history of this building dates back to a family from the 1880\u2019s and their descendants still own this building! In light of this unique and historical fact, we have officially named it the \u201dEckhardt Building\u201d<\/font><\/a> and it is now listed on the <\/font>Buffalo as an Architectural Museum website<\/font><\/a>.<\/font><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n
