Photo Gallery: One Night & Seven Churches – Holy Thursday – 2016

Make no mistake, I like taking photos and sharing them with you. But on nights like Holy Thursday, I have to strike the balance between praying and shooting photos. I hope I pulled off that balance last night.

Holy Thursday is a great night for East Buffalo’s Historic Polonia. Thousands of people make their way down to the neighborhood to pray and marvel at the neighborhood’s incredible churches while preparing for Easter. I hope you struck that balance between prayer and enjoying the beauty of the churches as well.

These photos are of Saint Adalbert Basilica, Corpus Christi, Saint Stanislaus, Saint Luke’s Mission of Mercy, Saint John Kanty, Saint Bernard, and Saint Casimir churches. It’s on nights like Holy Thursday I am reminded of how blessed Buffalo is to have these historic churches still open and active.
