Forty uninterrupted hours of Eucharistic adoration will be held in Corpus Christi Church from 7 pm Friday to 11 am Sunday this weekend…it is all part of the lead up to Solemnity of Corpus Christi on Sunday and the traditional outdoor procession procession with the Blessed Sacrament to four altars…the procession this year starts at Saint Stan’s and ends at Corpus Christi after 12 pm Mass at Saint Stan’s.
Corpus Christi’s doors will be open day and night during the 40 hours…Parishioners of the church are present during this time. For the 5th year in a row, I will be at Corpus Christi on Saturday (2-4 am) & Sunday (12-2am)…I love going at this time and it is truly a unique religious and reflective experience.
