The Juneteenth Festival of Buffalo, NY is an important component of summertime events in the Buffalo-Niagara region. The annual festival takes place this year on Saturday and Sunday, June 16th and 17th.
The 43rd Juneteenth Parade will be held on Saturday, June 16th, 2018. The parade begins at Juneteenth of Buffalo headquarters (at the corner of Genesee and Moselle Streets) at 11:00am and proceeds down Genesee into Martin Luther King Jr. Park.
The festival takes place in Martin Luther King Jr. Park on both days from 11:00am to 8:00pm. It has a lot of food, music and vendors both days. Martin Luther King, Jr. Park is part of the city’s historic Olmsted Parks system.
