Last weekend for St. John Kanty’s homemade Pierogi and Placek sale

East Buffalo’s Pierogi Queen posted this today on Facebook.

Saint John Kanty’s annual Pierogi and Placek sale during lent is a huge fundraiser for the church, and this coming weekend is the last opportunity you will have to purchase either until next year. Their pierogi and placek are divine and are made by parishioners.

From Saint John Kanty’s Facebook event page:

LAST WEEKEND FOR OUR PIEROGI & PLACEK SALE! SATURDAY (3-5pm) AND SUNDAY (9:30am-12noon). SUNDAY, PALM SUNDAY, LUNCH WILL BE SOLD AND OUR BASKET RAFFLE DRAWING WILL TAKE PLACE, SO BUY YOUR LUCKY TICKET WHEN YOU COME IN FOR PIEROGI AND PLAN ON HAVING LUNCH WITH US ON APRIL 9!

Saint John Kanty Church is located at Broadway and Brownell in East Buffalo’s Historic Polonia. The pierogi and placek are sold in the former SJK school cafeteria.
