(By James Fink – Buffalo Business First) In an effort to land a buyer, the price tag on the former Eckhardt’s/Kobacker’s Department Store — a real estate anchor in the Broadway-Fillmore District — has been reduced.
The owners of the circa 1940, 42,000-square-foot building at 950 Broadway at Fillmore Avenue has been dropped to $565,000 from $595,000. The price drop was confirmed by David Supon, a broker with Hunt Commercial Real Estate, who is handling the listing.
