You can give Corpus Christi Church an early Christmas present…considering donating to the church’s fuel fund.
These old churches we have here in the neighborhood are very expensive to heat.
This is from Corpus Christi’s appeal for their fuel fund:
Our bills for gas and electric for the last winter season were $54,600. This year we are told to expect them to be $60,000. While our monthly Fuel Collection envelopes have helped, they provide less than 5% of the monies we need each year.
I know it is a difficult ask during the holiday season, but anything you donate will help defray the costs.
