(BY DANA SAYLOR-FURMAN | Mar 4, 2013) Most Polish Buffalonians who visit the Broadway Market during the Easter season, or Dyngus Day at the Central Terminal, walk away from the festivities shaking their heads sadly. They are concerned about the loss of small businesses, the demolition of historic Bork cottages, and the destruction of the neighborhood they once called home. They say to themselves, “I wish it was still how I remember it.”
