This is something I thought about doing a few years ago and like some of the things I do here on BFA, it gets put on the back burner until I find the time to do it.
What I want people who read BFA either here or on Facebook is to send me a picture of their 2012 Wigilia.
Wigilia is still a big deal in my family and my guess is that it is in your family as well. I want to show the world how we here in Buffalo and Western New York still gather on Christmas Eve for Wigilia. What I will do is create a photo album here on BFA and on Facebook with your photos. You can send me whatever type of Wigilia photos you want… pictures of food, family, friends, etc.
Wigilia is such a great Polish tradition…one of my favorites. It is something my family takes a lot of Polish pride in and I want you to share your Polish pride with BFA.
What you need to do is send BFA your photo to broadwayfillmore@gmail.com on 12/24 or 12/25…include your family name and brief description of the photo. The photos will be published soon after.
