It shows the last trolley’s on Broadway in front of the Broadway Market before they were retired for buses.

  1. Love the photo. My mom was always talking about taking the streetcar to get around Buffalo when she was young, or NOT taking the streetcar to just to save the fare. When she was in high school, she would often walk from her home on Fillmore near Peckham to Hutch-Tech. I wonder what the fare was back then? 5 cents?
