Buffalo’s Best Pierogi Contest 2010 WINNERS

I absolutely love putting this contest together with my CCC cohort Andy Golebiowski…it fantastic to see how serious people are about their pierogi making skills.  This year we had a record 35 contestants!!!  Thanks to all our wonderful judges!!!

In my book, every participant was a winner.

    the cater for the event was awful the dough on the pierogi was half cooked and the stuffed cabbage was a joke no rice plus the meat in it was raw 9 dollars to much for such a small meal

    The pierogi contest was great to see.

    I had no problems with the food. The golabki and crepes were great.

    My pierogi were great on Sunday, and my parents loved their Polish dinners. Excellent food, terrific entertainment, and great atmosphere. A truly authentic and delightful festival!

    My sister and I had a great time at the Pierogi Contest. As first time entrants we didn’t win, but now we will have a better strategy for next year! Sto Lat!
