AM-POL Eagle: ‘Poles in the New World’ in Buffalo

A Toronto-based author will be in Buffalo on Sat., Dec. 12, to officially launch his new book celebrating the lives of 50 prominent North Americans of Polish heritage. Edward Zawadzki will sign copies of “Poles in the New World” inside the Broadway Market that day from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Copies will be available for $20. Zawadzki is also scheduled to appear at the Broadway Market the following Sat., from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. “Poles in the New World” highlights the lives and careers of personalities from various backgrounds including politics, military, entertainment and sports.

The author says it’s a great Christmas gift idea for anyone proud of his or her Polish heritage.
