Sausage and Kraut

I am sitting here at my PC…a little past midnight…the smell of dinner still in my house…there are few things in life which conjure up memories of growing up B-F like the smell of kielbasa and sauerkraut permeating my home…too bad no leftovers.

    Chris, you always have to make extra sausage for lunch the next day!! Is that a roasted squash on the plate behind the sauerkraut? can’t quite make it out and I need to know all the details of your dinner!

    Yum. I made some creamed cabbage with apples last night. Spectacular! It must be something in the air.
