No more school for 998?

998 Broadway

It looks like 998 Broadway may not become transformed into a school afterall.

Artvoice has an article in its latest edition which outlines what is going on with the company (ResulTech) behind the project and their relationship with the Buffalo Public Schools.

The whole situation seems a bit sketchy…

Whatever the scenario, it looks like there will be an auction for the building on 07/31.

    I was able to dig up the BRO article about this property: 998 Broadway . My point still stands.
