Took some better photos of the Saint Stanislaus Gardens model home going up next to the church on Townsend Street.
Tried to get word on the actual completion date, but that will be material for another post.
I did exchange emails will Shelly Freier of M and T Bank today about any buyers lined up yet to purchase a home and she indicated that people are really interested in seeing the completed model before they enter into the process of purchasing…she also indicated that project developer Michael McHugh is putting the finishing touches on marketing tools and what not hoping to have in place when the model is completed.
In my email to Shelly, I never asked about the date for completion…back to blogging 101 for me. 🙂

Great! Cheektowaga comes to Broadway Fillmore! A dream come true. This will being the middle class back! The design of these homes are outdated and not in tune with what modern urban dwellers are looking for. Where was the design committee? Historians? Architects? How do these homes fit into a BF master plan? Is there are BF master plan?
